How does Team BnB manage your Airbnb

There are many companies offering to manage holiday homes in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. With Team BnB your property will not get lost amongst hundreds of others.  You will always speak directly to its founders, Nadja or Melanie. We are perfectionists! Our aim is to get you excellent Airbnb reviews and a high occupancy rate. The following is a breakdown of how we achieve this:

Property appraisal

Team BnB will visit the property and provide advice to ensure the property is Airbnb-ready. This is not an interior design service, but a practical review to, for example, remove clutter such as personal items in bathroom and kitchen drawers. During this visit, we will also discuss the listing price and provide property owners with information on comparable homes listed on Airbnb. A proposed pricing strategy and a house manual will be prepared, after the Team BnB Agreement has been signed (don’t worry, there is no lock in contract).

Airbnb listing

Once the property is Airbnb-ready (excluding the linen which we’ll provide) Team BnB will create an Airbnb listing. This includes photography and a description of your property. 

Optimise your listing 

Every listing will receive a lot of our attention! We aim to achieve maximum occupancy for your property. We’ll take advantage of Airbnb’s algorithms to ensure each listing is highly visible to potential guests.

Bookings and calendar management 

Team BnB will answer all guest inquiries, take bookings and manage the bookings and pricing for your property. We can provide information to guests on equipment hire, airport transfers – anything they need.  

Guest check-in 

We will greet guests and provide them with information on your property and the surrounding area. Team BnB will provide a tourist information pack and, from time to time, will provide guests with vouchers and special deals organised with local businesses.  

Cleaning 

Guests will be charged by Team BnB, through Airbnb, for cleaning. Team BnB will organise professional cleaners. Linen (towels, sheets etc) will be replaced, ready for your next guests.
